Jumping.

Hello all!!!
Oh man I miss all of you and cannot wait to be serving with all of you this summer!

I am so overwhelmed by these devotions. They are reminding me just how vast God's grace and love truly is.
This week the idea of being drenched just stuck with me. "In Jesus, the long awaited hope of Joel's prophecy of God pouring himself out onto mankind is beginning to happen." Ahh this idea of God pouring himself out on us is just such an amazing pictures. He wants to drench us with his love.  On the other hand we have to allow ourselves to be poured into. We have to jump into the water. I love that picture of a camper jumping off the houseboat leaving behind all of their inhibitions. We can't just test the water we have to fully jump off the houseboat into the refreshing water below. I so badly want to be drenched. I want God to surround me as if I was underwater. The funny thing is, that He does. That's the best part! AH! Like what the heck why do I deserve that?!
I hope all of this kind of makes sense I am kind of a rambler :).
