There is no more critical question any human in any era of history can ask than "Who is Jesus?" May this blog be a place where God prepares us for summer by revealing His Son to us individually and corporately. To the Glory of God...by the power of His Spirit....we blog!

It's fo freee. KA-CHING!
Wow! What a great devotional this week. Seriously, I love hearing and being reminded time and time again how incredibly and irreversibly and consistently Jesus is everything we need. In one amazing package, we get all our needs met, as well as the desires of our hearts. PRAISE HIM! I feel like I am always slipping up and trying to find my fill in so many other areas of life. It's like going to the grocery store with a list of all the items I need, and I'm running around the store, checking prices, brands, making sure I get it all and get the best. I'm so concerned and preoccupied with saving money, and heaven forbid I buy something I don't like. This is me in life when I forget that Jesus is my all. I freak out, and second guess, and waste time, and ultimately can always find something that went wrong. But Jesus is like walking in to a grocery store and right there is my own personalized cart, filled to the brim and overflowing with everything I could ever want or need and its for free!!!! Pretty cheesy analogy, but grocery shopping is a big deal for me so this metaphor really calmed me down.
